Product quality is not created only at the final inspection stage. It begins with the production environment, the people involved, and the way every process is controlled on a daily basis.
As part of its commitment to building a professional, safe, and sustainable manufacturing environment, Kanetora Bach Dang Joint Stock Company continues to strengthen quality control and production hygiene management throughout its manufacturing operations.
Recently, the Company coordinated with the Ninh Binh Center for Disease Control to conduct environmental monitoring and collect samples for microbiological testing at its production facility.
The activity forms part of Kanetora Bach Dang’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its management system, with the objective of better controlling environmental factors that may affect workplace conditions and product quality.
Production Environment Control as Part of Quality Management
In industrial packaging manufacturing, especially for products serving industries with strict hygiene and contamination-control requirements, production conditions need to be monitored systematically.
During the assessment, professional personnel collected samples from selected production areas to evaluate microbiological factors associated with air quality and contact surfaces within the manufacturing environment.
Sampling was carried out directly in operational areas with the coordination of Kanetora Bach Dang’s factory personnel and employees.
Rather than being simply a routine inspection, environmental monitoring provides useful information for evaluating actual conditions, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining appropriate production standards over time.

From Environmental Control to Product Quality
A compliant finished product is the result of multiple layers of control throughout the manufacturing process.
At Kanetora Bach Dang, FIBC production follows a structured manufacturing process covering extrusion, weaving, lamination, cutting and printing, sewing, inspection, and packing. In addition to in-process inspections, the factory implements both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) to help maintain product consistency before shipment.
The factory’s management systems also include internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, reflecting the Company’s integrated approach to quality and environmental responsibility.
Environmental control, therefore, is not an isolated activity. It is an important component of the overall manufacturing management system.
From machinery and raw materials to operating procedures, workplace hygiene, and employee awareness, every factor contributes to the quality and reliability of the finished product.

Quality and Safety Begin with Everyday Actions
The monitoring activities conducted at the factory included sampling directly from production areas and working surfaces, with close cooperation between professional personnel and the Kanetora Bach Dang team.
Such activities also help reinforce awareness among employees that maintaining a clean workplace, using appropriate protective clothing, following personal hygiene practices, and complying with operating procedures are not merely internal requirements.
They are part of every employee’s responsibility toward colleagues, products, and customers.
A properly cleaned surface, a correctly followed procedure, or a careful inspection before moving to the next production stage may seem like small actions. Together, however, they form the foundation of a disciplined and reliable manufacturing system.
Building a Quality Culture from Within the Factory
At Kanetora, corporate culture is closely connected to everyday manufacturing operations.
Each production process, improvement initiative, inspection activity, and individual contribution reflects the Company’s commitment to quality, discipline, and continuous development.
Kanetora’s corporate profile also identifies a professional, safe, and disciplined working environment as an important part of its approach to employee development and corporate culture.
For this reason, environmental monitoring and assessment activities serve a purpose beyond compliance.
They provide an opportunity to continuously review how work is performed and strengthen a culture of proactive prevention rather than reacting only after problems occur.

Continuous Improvement Toward Sustainable Manufacturing
Sustainable manufacturing is built not only through long-term strategies but also through consistent daily practices.
These include controlling production processes, managing environmental conditions, protecting employee health, strengthening compliance awareness, and working with professional organizations when specialized assessments are required.
Kanetora Bach Dang’s cooperation in conducting environmental monitoring and microbiological testing represents one step in this broader journey.
Through periodic assessment and continuous improvement, the Company aims to maintain a production environment that is increasingly safe, professional, controlled, and reliable, while providing a strong foundation for consistent packaging quality for customers in Vietnam and international markets.
Quality does not begin with the finished product. It begins with the environment and the way we work every day.
This is also how Kanetora Bach Dang continues to build the foundation of sustainable manufacturing — where product quality, workplace conditions, and individual responsibility progress together.
Kanetora Bach Dang – Stronger Quality. Stronger Foundations. Moving Forward Together.
